I’ve used Jim at Concord Mortgage for 15 years now for new home purchases and refinances. He has consistently been knowledgeable and free with advice and market info. We worked with Paul and his team during the process of buying a new construction home. As you know this process can go on for months. From the start Paul gave me and my husband key information needed for the process. He always made himself available to answer any questions that we had. He was very transparent, knowledgeable and even fun to talk to. From the start I knew that Paul knew his stuff and would work to get us the best deal. When it came down to closing there were a few issues that came up but in spite of Paul work tirelessly to get the deal done with the best rate possible (I might add). There is a lot to say about people who truly love what they do…and Paul is that guy for sure.

We worked with lender Michael. He is very resourceful, timely, good communication and informative. He gave us all what we need for every single offer we submitted. He gave us satisfactory loan product at good market rate and helped us with closing. He was available in person on closing day and explained us what we are signing up for. I applied for my refinance with Paul in late Oct 2020 and he was great to work with. Paul was always ready with answers to my questions and responded quickly even when contacted outside of regular work hours. My Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio was high, so it was very hard to refinance, however Paul did not give up and he provided good service and obtained a good deal for me. We closed it for 15 yrs refinance with a low rate on Dec 31 2020. I think that Paul knows his business and makes the process as stress-free as possible for his clients. Paul is very professional, very likable, dedicated and he knows how to handle situations in an effective and efficient manner. Highly recommended !
